Delivery Info

We know you want to get started transforming your drive or patio as soon as possible, so we aim to ship all our products as quickly as we can. 

Order before 4pm and we'll despatch your products the next working day. 

Free delivery over £75

No-one likes to pay extra for delivery - so all our website includes free delivery... when you spend over £75 on products. 

We ship all our driveway and patio sealers, cleaners and surface repair products directly to homes all across the UK. 

Delivery times 

We work with a variety of delivery partners to make sure your products get to you in the best possible way. 

We strive for next working day delivery at every opportunity, but while that's not always possible, we will make sure your order is with you within 3 working days. 



It’s quick and easy to buy from our secure ecommerce website – just like shopping on Amazon. We take all major credit and debit cards and we keep all your details extremely secure (we don’t even store any payment details).

Returns Policy 

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can help you.

If you're unsure of product usage, application or suitability it's your responsibility to check all instructions and guidelines provided, test a sample areas and speak with our team if there's anything you're not clear on. 


Cancelling or changing an order 

When you place an order securely through our website [], you're agreeing to our standard terms of service and payment conditions. 

If you place an order by mistake, request the wrong items or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately. We will do what we can to modify or cancel that order on your behalf. 

Please note we will be limited if an order has already been processed and/or dispatched from our warehousing facility. In such circumstances we reserve the right to deduct a delivery charge from your order and add any applicable re-stocking fees at our discretion. 


Product returns 

If you no longer require a Berg Pro product, made the wrong order by mistake or have additional unused stock, you may request a refund by writing to us if:

  • That product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging 
  • Within 60 days of the date of your order 
  • You agree to pay return collection/delivery charges and any applicable re-stocking fee of 20% (charged at our discretion) to cover administration fees and other additional costs.

These terms will be made clear to you when we accept your return request.

We also reserve the right to deduct the original delivery charge from any order amounts refunded to you.
